Do I need an appointment?

Will my insurance cover the service fee?
Insurance does not cover our concierge service fee. This fee supports the personalized, reliable, and high-quality service we provide to ensure a convenient and professional experience for our clients due at the time of service, starting at $35 (check, credit/debit, cash accepted). We travel to your location to collect your lab samples and deliver them to your preferred laboratory. The laboratory will bill your insurance for any tests ordered unless you choose one of our cash-pay options.
Do I need a lab order from my doctor?
Yes, a lab order is required for tests billed through insurance. However, if you choose our cash-pay lab testing options, you may be able to order select tests without a doctor’s order by visiting Total Health Labs.
Your doctor can fax the lab order to 210-361-2974.
Please note: We do require a doctor's order for all Therapeutic Phlebotomy Procedures.
